“Shipping” refers to the delivery of Products from EMIRU to the Customer’s address.

  • Cancellation of Orders: Orders placed through the Website can be canceled up to 24 hours before shipping. Please note that once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • Delivery Lead Time: Lead times may vary. Orders are shipped directly from our Asian suppliers. Expect an approximate 15-day delivery lead time on most orders.
  • Return Policy: EMIRU has a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. You must return the Products in their original packaging and condition. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the Products are not in their original packaging or condition, EMIRU may refuse the return or request a restocking fee.
  • Refund Policy: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the Products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned Products in their original packaging and condition.

You may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C 512(c)(3) for further detail):

EMIRU may terminate or suspend your Account, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use the Website will cease. If you wish to terminate your Account, you may delete your account and discontinue using the Website.

EMIRU will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or the Products.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EMIRU, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or the Products.

The Website and the Products are provided “as is” and “with all faults.” EMIRU makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. EMIRU does not warrant that the Website or the Products will be uninterrupted or error-free.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Ohio.

If you have any concern or dispute about the Website or the Products, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting EMIRU at chanel@emiruskincare.com.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Website or the Products shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. 

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not effect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall be the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the Website after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the Website and the Products.

Notwithstanding any provision herein, EMIRU shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of government, changes in regulations, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or other similar events (collectively, “Force Majeure Events”). In the event of a Force Majeure Event, EMIRU’s obligations under these Terms shall be suspended, and EMIRU shall not be required to provide compensation or refunds to Users for any losses incurred as a result of such events.

This Terms and Conditions Agreement constitutes the sole and entire agreement between you and EMIRU, LLC regarding the Website and the Products and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Website and the Products.
