- EMIRU Responsibility: If the error in the order is on our end, we will cover the shipping costs for the return.
- Customer Responsibility: If you would like to return an item, please note that you are responsible for paying for shipping costs to return your item.
- Refund Process: If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Lead Times
Products are delivered directly from Asia, so shipping lead times may vary. Expect an approximate 15-day delivery lead time for orders.
